1. Service Agreement:

• By booking a spiritual coaching session you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

2. Booking and Payments:

• Sessions must be booked at least two days in advance.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• We accept payments via credit card, and PayPal.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

• Email services are responded to on the same day of the request and cannot be canceled. You have 48 hours to send your question. This service is to receive a response to a single question message. Any modification you wish to add must be made through a new purchase.

• There is no full price refund for voice calls or face-to-face calls. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

• You may reschedule a session at no additional cost if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Late Arrival Policy:

• If you arrive late for your session, the lost time will not be compensated, and the session will end at the scheduled time.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered canceled and non-refundable.

5. Confidentiality:

• All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability:

• The Tutor/Coach is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of their services.

• Spiritual coaching services do not replace professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.  For any medical, psychological, or financial issues, please seek advice from qualified professionals in those fields.

7. Client Responsibility:

• You are responsible for your own financial, physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after the session.

• The success of spiritual tutoring/coaching depends on the individual's commitment and effort. Results may vary, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

8. Scope of Practice:

• Services are provided within the scope of spiritual and personal development. Any advice or guidance offered is based on personal experience and spiritual principles.

• No medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment is provided.

9. Communication:

• All communication related to booking sessions should be conducted through our website contact form or theassumptionavenue@gmail.com.

10. Modifications:

• The owner of this website reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to future bookings.

11. Acceptance:

• By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
